Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – (NPD / NPI)

Key Responsibilities: • Lead sourcing activities for new product development, including supplier identification, evaluation, and onboarding

• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Commodity Management, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches
• Drive supplier selection, RFQ management, commercial negotiations, and supplier nomination activities
• Conduct should-cost analysis, cost benchmarking, and make-vs-buy evaluations to achieve target product costs
• Lead tooling sourcing, supplier readiness, tooling validation, and PPAP activities for successful launches
• Coordinate DFM, DFA, feasibility reviews, and supplier technical assessments to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost
• Monitor project timelines, resolve launch issues, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure on-time NPI execution
• Manage Plan for Every Part (PFEP), maintain part master data, and support system readiness for production activation.

What We're Looking For: • 5-7 years of experience in Direct Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or New Product Development roles

• Strong experience in NPI/NPD sourcing, supplier development, and supplier onboarding activities
• Expertise in RFQ management, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and should-costing methodologies
• Knowledge of PPAP, tooling development, supplier readiness, and product launch processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Understanding of DFM, DFA, Lean Manufacturing, and procurement best practices.

Educational Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
