Sr. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and employee records.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate manpower planning and departmental hiring requirements.
• Maintain all HR documentation and MIS reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
