Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager HR to lead key HR functions for a growing real estate organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate & site-level hiring.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment strategy, vendor & job portal management.
Manage Performance Management System (PMS), KRA/KPI setting, appraisals & reviews.
Handle employee onboarding, induction & joining formalities.
Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, retention & employee relations.
Handle HR policies, HR operations, grievances and compliance-related activities.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
Manage HR stakeholders and support overall strategic HR planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

10+ years of HR experience, preferably from the Real Estate industry.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, PMS, L&D, Onboarding, Employee Engagement & HR Operations.
Excellent team handling, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS and recruitment platforms.
Strong HR analytics, MIS and reporting skills.
