Sr GM HRBP- IR + manufacturing + PM + Generalist Role (Hazira)

Role & responsibilities

This is a senior HR Business Partner / Strategic HR leadership role for a large manufacturing/business unit at Hazira.

The person will work closely with business leaders and manage the complete HR agenda for the business, not just recruitment or employee relations.

Key responsibilities

Act as the HR partner to business/functional leaders.

Plan manpower, organization structure and HR budgets.

Handle employee relations, grievances, discipline and compliance.

Drive hiring for critical and senior positions.

Manage talent management, succession planning and leadership development.

Drive employee engagement and retention.

Manage performance management, PIPs, compensation and rewards.

Analyse HR metrics such as attrition, manpower cost and productivity.

Lead and develop an HR team.

Design and implement HR initiatives according to business requirements.
