Sr. Content Writer - Digital Marketing & Communications

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Copywriting

• Create high-quality, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Develop compelling copy for digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Write attention-grabbing headlines, taglines, campaign messages, CTAs, and brand narratives.
• Adapt content and tone for different audiences, platforms, and marketing objectives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Develop content that communicates complex concepts in a simple, engaging, and audience-friendly manner.

Brand Marketing & Communication

• Develop content aligned with the brand's identity, tone of voice, values, and positioning.
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, awareness campaigns, and promotional initiatives through impactful content.
• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, Design, Product, and Business teams to develop integrated campaigns.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, creative concepts, storytelling, and brand communication.

Content Strategy

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
• Conduct audience research to understand customer needs, interests, pain points, and content preferences.
• Build and manage content calendars across different platforms.
• Identify content opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and business priorities.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize reach and engagement.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to continuously improve the content strategy.

SEO Content Writing

• Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing pages, and other digital content.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content.
• Optimize headlines, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings, and internal linking opportunities.
• Follow SEO best practices while maintaining readability, relevance, and brand voice.
• Work closely with SEO and digital marketing teams to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Stay updated with changes in search algorithms, content trends, and SEO best practices.

Social Media & Digital Content

• Develop creative content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Write social media captions, campaign copies, scripts, and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with designers and video teams to develop content-led creatives and campaigns.
• Contribute to social media campaigns designed to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
