Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve client rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Handle client communications, presenting strategies, reports, and results in a clear and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report findings to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the digital marketing industry, with at least 3 years in an SEO management role.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
• Strong client-handling experience, particularly with international clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
