Spanish S@les Agent (Travel Background)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding travel bookings and inquiries.
• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, car rentals, cruise reservations, and hotel bookings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
• Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and booking-related queries.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in US Travel Sales preferred.
• Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of airline reservations, hotels, car rentals, and cruises.
• Familiarity with GDS tools such as Amadeus or Galileo will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work US shifts from the Noida office.
