Title: South Sales Manager

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field .
• 3–8 years of sales experience in the medical device industry , preferably with direct experience in laparoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, surgical imaging, energy devices, or laparoscopic instruments .
• Candidates with sales experience working with laparoscopic systems, 4K/3D imaging systems, ICG/fluorescence systems, electrosurgical units, or laparoscopic instruments will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of laparoscopic procedures and operating room workflows , with the ability to communicate effectively with surgeons and clinical users.
• Hands-on OR experience is strongly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable entering the operating room, supporting clinical procedures, and conducting product demonstrations or clinical applications.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills , with the ability to understand surgeons' clinical requirements and translate them into appropriate product solutions.
• Experience working with surgeons, KOLs, hospitals, distributors, and procurement teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently develop new accounts, manage sales opportunities, and drive projects from initial customer contact through product evaluation, tender/procurement, order placement, installation, and post-sales support .
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across South India and support surgeries, demonstrations, conferences, and customer activities as required.
• Good command of English ; proficiency in relevant South Indian languages will be an advantage.
