**1. Sourcing Manager (Nos -4 )– Karjat Project**

• Strong Channel Partner (CP) network and excellent market connections.
• Proven experience in real estate sourcing.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• Ability to generate site visits and drive business through channel partners.

**2. Closing Manager (No - 3)– Karjat Project**

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Expertise in converting site visits into bookings.
• Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

**3. Pre-Sales Executive (Nos - 3) – Worli Location**

• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Excellent verbal communication and lead-handling skills.
• Good understanding of customer requirements and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
• Ability to coordinate site visits and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
