Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with strong focus on ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.
• Architect and implement Now Assist, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases.
• Design AI-driven workflow automation and intelligent service experiences.
• Define ServiceNow integration architecture using REST/SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Provide architecture guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, etc.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and upgradeability standards.
• Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams.
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical governance.
