Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to lead and oversee solar energy projects in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring that all phases of project execution are completed on time and within budget. As a Solar Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee the commissioning process and ensure that all systems are operational and meet performance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop project designs and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of solar EPC processes and renewable energy technologies.
• Proven experience in project execution, commissioning, and COD (Commercial Operation Date) processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
