Role Description This full-time on-site Software Engineer role is based in Ahmednagar and involves designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for various clients and projects. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing back-end services, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and optimizing application performance. The role also includes gathering and refining requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical solutions, and documenting system designs and code changes. The Software Engineer is expected to manage project timelines, ensure high-quality deliverables, and continuously learn and adopt best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-ready applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, APIs, and database integration.
• Practical knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in real-world projects.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and write well-documented, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in an on-site setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with modern frameworks, databases, and deployment environments is an advantage.
