Role & responsibilities

• Linux/Unix Administration• Strong understanding of shell scripting, system management, and troubleshooting.
• Cloud Platforms• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, AKS, GKE, etc.).
• CI/CD Pipelines• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Configuration Management Tools• Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or SaltStack.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)• Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
• Containerization & Orchestration• Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Version Control• Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code review practices.---Monitoring & Logging• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic.---Databases & Storage• Basic understanding of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of cloud storage and backup mechanisms.--- Security & Compliance•

Secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).•

Understanding of DevSecOps practices.• IAM, network security, SSL certificates.---Soft Skills• Strong communication and collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams.• Problem-solving and root-cause analysis.• Ability to work in fast-paced CI/CD environments.---Optional / Good-to-Have Skills• SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, SLAs).• Python, Go, or Bash scripting.• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
