Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and sales-oriented Social Media Sales Executive to promote and sell mobile phones and accessories through social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of social media, and the ability to convert online inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote mobile phones and accessories through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments.
• Explain product features, prices, and offers to customers.
• Convert online inquiries into sales and follow up with potential customers.
• Create and post product photos, videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Generate sales leads and build good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor customer feedback and competitor activities.
• Maintain records of online inquiries and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media sales or online sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Strong sales and follow-up skills.
