Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Mobile Developer. The person in this role will design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications that power Allneeda’s social media platform, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing app performance, integrating APIs, and ensuring a consistent, accessible user experience across devices. The role also involves monitoring app stability, troubleshooting issues, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Mobile development skills (e.g., native iOS/Android or cross-platform frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar).
• Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs and working with JSON-based data services.
• Knowledge of social media app patterns, including feeds, notifications, messaging, and user profiles.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with testing and debugging tools for mobile applications, including unit and integration testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and communicate clearly in writing and meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience with app store deployment processes, performance optimization, and analytics integration is a plus.
• Interest in social media trends, user engagement, and building inclusive, safe online communities.
