Role Description The Social Media Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing social media accounts, planning and executing campaigns, and creating engaging content tailored to each platform. Daily responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring performance, optimizing content based on analytics, and coordinating with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. The executive will engage with audiences through comments and messages, track competitor activity, and support broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid ads and influencer collaborations. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends and proposing new ideas to enhance reach and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of paid advertising on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or similar environment is preferred; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
