Social Media Manager - Remote (India)

We are looking for an experienced A-Player who knows how to grow Facebook & Instagram organically and generate genuine business leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow MBS Facebook & Instagram organically
• Generate qualified buyer and vendor leads
• Research and identify Australian business owners and potential buyers
• Build genuine relationships through comments, DMs, engagement and follow-ups
• Build MBS brand awareness, trust and reputation
• Identify Meta trends and create content around relevant trends
• Monitor analytics, engagement, follower growth and lead generation
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Identify organic collaboration opportunities
• Develop new ideas independently and continuously improve performance
• Follow up and nurture social-media leads

We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in organic Facebook & Instagram growth
• Proven organic lead-generation experience
• Strong understanding of Meta algorithms and trends
• Experience in brand building and relationship marketing
• Previous remote-work experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can work independently
• A-Player mindset with KPI accountability
• Australian market/social-media experience is highly desirable

Working Hours

Monday–Saturday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Melbourne time

1 hour break

This is NOT a paid Meta Ads role.

We are looking for someone who can achieve organic growth and generate genuine leads without relying on advertising spend.

Applicants must provide proof of previous organic growth and lead-generation results.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
