Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and manage content across key social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include developing social media calendars, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The role involves close collaboration with the PR, content, and design teams to integrate social media with broader communication campaigns, as well as community management, timely responses, and reputation monitoring. The Social Media Manager will also stay current with platform trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and measurable results. Qualifications Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand channels and campaigns. Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including planning content calendars and crafting on-brand, engaging posts.
