About the Role Nova Spark Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, national and international client with develop content strategies, follow current trends, and help brands grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and video editors.
• Create and manage engaging social media content aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience engagement.
• Manage comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Work towards improving reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand visibility.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding content, feedback, approvals, and updates.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, internal strategies, campaign data, and company information.

Requirements • 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.

• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of content planning and social media trends.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Canva/designing skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
