Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and optimize content performance using analytics.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align social content with broader marketing and HR initiatives, tracking campaign metrics, and preparing reports on social media performance. The role also requires staying up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure HR TEAM maintains a strong and consistent online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and execute effective campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design and manage social media calendars and long-term content plans.
• Candidates should have familiarity with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or Canva skills, and an understanding of paid social advertising as an advantage.
• Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with prior experience managing social media for brands or organizations, is preferred.
