Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can manage social media platforms, develop engaging content, build brand awareness, and execute effective digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content writing, brand building, campaign planning, and social media growth strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
• Plan and manage content calendars, posting schedules, and social media campaigns.
• Create engaging content ideas, captions, copywriting, and promotional messaging.
• Develop brand-building strategies and maintain a consistent brand identity across platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce high-quality creatives.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, audience behaviour, and trending content formats.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness activities.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement metrics, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Ensure consistent communication, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align social media activities with business and marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of content writing, copywriting, and brand building.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and planning content calendars.
• Understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio of social media campaigns or brand-building work is preferred.

Job Requirements

• Work Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Work Mode: Full-time, work from office.
• Candidates must currently be based in Hyderabad and be available to work on-site.
• Remote and part-time positions are not available.
