Social Media Intern

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and internet-savvy Content Intern who can both strategize and star in our social media content. You will be responsible for mapping out engagement strategies while bringing our workplace culture to life through entertaining short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning: Brainstorm, plan, and execute a content calendar targeting audience growth and engagement.

On-Camera Content Creation: Act, host, and participate in fun workplace videos, trends, challenges, and Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) office moments.

Trend Research: Track viral social media trends, audio, and formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adapting them quickly for our brand.

Scripting: Write quick hook-driven scripts and assist with basic video editing

Analytics Tracking: Monitor post performance, track key metrics (views, saves, shares), and iterate based on what works.

Requirements

Camera-Confident: Comfortable being on camera, natural on screen, and expressive.

Social Media Native: Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn culture.

Strong Copywriting: Ability to write catchy hooks, captions, and script ideas quickly.

Basic Editing Skills: Familiarity with mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot) or desktop tools.

Strong communication skills and a good sense of humor/timing.
