Social Media Executive

Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage daily social media activities for hospitality clients, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Borivali involves planning and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content to increase engagement and brand visibility. The Social Media Executive will coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand marketing objectives, develop content calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging. Additional responsibilities include community management, responding to audience comments and messages, and staying updated on social media trends within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess effective Media Planning skills, including the ability to plan and schedule content and campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating captions, posts, and client-facing updates.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting to track performance and recommend improvements.
• Relevant experience in hospitality or digital marketing agencies is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Borivali, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
