Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Strategy

· Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

· Create a monthly social media content calendar, including static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and videos.

· Write creative captions, ad copy, headlines, hashtags, and compelling CTAs.

· Develop reel concepts, video scripts, storytelling ideas, and campaign themes.

· Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and content writers.

· Create platform-specific content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Social Media Management

· Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.

· Manage social media pages, profiles, and brand communication.

· Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and customer enquiries.

· Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

· Monitor trending topics, hashtags, competitor activities, and relevant industry updates.

• Campaign Planning & Execution

· Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.

· Develop creative campaign concepts and coordinate their execution.

· Collaborate with influencers and creators for promotional campaigns.

· Support paid advertising campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.

• Content Production & Coordination

· Prepare creative briefs for static designs, reels, videos, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate shoots, including pre-production planning, shot lists, scripts, and scheduling.

· Review creative content before publishing to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

· Ensure all content is delivered within deadlines.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

· Monitor reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, video views, clicks, and leads.

· Analyse the performance of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

· Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

· Identify successful content formats and recommend improvements based on data.

• Community Management & Brand Building

· Build and maintain relationships with the online audience.

· Handle customer feedback and direct messages professionally.

· Encourage audience participation through polls, quizzes, contests, and interactive stories.

· Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, trust, and customer engagement.

• Social Media Advertising Support

· Assist in planning Meta Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.

· Develop ad creatives, primary text, headlines, and descriptions.

· Coordinate audience research, campaign requirements, and creative testing.

· Track campaign performance and share optimization recommendations.

• Trend Research & Competitor Analysis

· Research emerging social media trends, audio, formats, and content ideas.

· Analyse competitors' content strategies and audience engagement.

· Adapt relevant trends to suit the brand's identity and objectives.

· Suggest innovative ideas to improve organic reach and audience growth.

Required Skills

· Creative writing, copywriting, and storytelling

· Social media strategy and content planning

· Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools

· Basic understanding of Meta Ads and analytics

· Trend research, competitor analysis, and reporting
