Photography

• Capture high-quality photographs of events, workshops, training sessions, team and academy activities.
• Take professional photos for social media, website, marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Handle basic lighting, framing, composition and photography equipment.
• Select, organize and maintain photographs for future marketing requirements.
• Ensure photos are properly edited and optimized before publishing.

Videography

• Shoot videos for events, workshops, interviews, testimonials, training sessions and promotions.
• Capture engaging footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan basic shots, angles and sequences based on content requirements.
• Handle camera, tripod, lighting, microphone and other basic shooting equipment.
• Ensure good-quality audio and video during shoots.

Video Editing

• Edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, testimonials, interviews and event highlights.
• Add captions, transitions, music, effects, animations and branding elements.
• Create engaging, trend-based video content for social media.
• Resize and optimize videos for different platform requirements.
• Maintain consistent branding, style and visual quality across all videos.
• Complete editing assignments within the required timelines.

Social Media Management

• Manage AJSD Academy's social media platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and others.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
• Suggest new creative ideas to improve reach, engagement and brand visibility.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
