Brief Requirements

The fractional talent will

• Lead the brand s social media presence across platforms (Instagram)
• Create visually arresting, scroll-stopping content (posts, reels, carousels, story templates)
• Oversee content production from concept and scripting to shoots and post-production
• Spot trends early and experiment with creative formats that resonate with Gen Z and early adopters
• Maintain brand consistency through sharp design, storytelling, and tone of voice

Skills &

• Tools:
• Strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and social media aesthetics
• Hands-on experience with video editing, transitions, and motion effects
• Comfortable ideating, scripting, and managing shoots
• Experience with content creation tools

Talent Requirements

• Based in or available to work from Delhi / Delhi NCR (preferred)
• Prior experience with youth or lifestyle brands is a plus
