Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Associate - Fresher (WFH)

About the job

CytoStack builds digital products for doctors and medical students (exam prep + clinical tools). Brands include PrepMCQ, PrepCMS, and CasePod. Small team, fast shipping, India-first. You'll own day-to-day social for our medical-education products: create content, manage posting, light community replies, and basic growth experiments. Hands-on creator + coordinator not a pure strategy seat.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and post content for Instagram (and LinkedIn / YouTube as needed)
• Write captions and simple scripts; edit short Reels (CapCut / similar)
• Design posts in Canva (or equivalent)
• Maintain a weekly content calendar and share progress in Notion / WhatsApp
• Coordinate with creators and freelancers when needed
• Track basic metrics (reach, saves, follows, link clicks) and report weekly
• Flag anything that could look like a medical claim before it goes live

What success looks like in 30 days

• Consistent posting calendar live
• At least one polished Reel series shipped for PrepMCQ or PrepCMS
• Clear weekly report with metrics + next week's plan

• Strong written English; Hindi and/or Malayalam is a plus
• Portfolio of social posts / Reels (personal or client — required)
• Comfortable with CapCut + Canva (or similar)
• Reliable WFH setup and overlap with IST work hours
• Interest in edtech / healthcare content (clinical depth not required; we review medical accuracy)
• 0–2 years in social / content / digital marketing
• Experience with medical students, NEET-PG / licensing-exam audiences, or education apps
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels + LinkedIn company pages
• Willingness to learn Reddit / YouTube long-form later
