We are looking for a Social Media Content Creation & Influencer Marketing Associate to help strengthen our online presence and create content that connects with the right audiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and coordinate engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
• Develop content calendars, captions, creative briefs, and campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Research, identify, and coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.
• Support campaign execution, track deliverables, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor content performance and prepare practical insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Stay updated on platform trends, creator formats, audience behavior, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related area.
• Strong writing, editing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, creator ecosystems, and basic performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with attention to detail.
• A proactive, creative, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with a monthly salary of ₹25,000. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to turn ideas into consistent, high-quality content and effective influencer-led campaigns.
