Matchsticks is looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client communication, social media planning, and coordination with our internal creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for clients
• Understand client requirements, brand tone, and objectives and convert them into content ideas
• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and the internal team
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team members
• Create clear briefs and communicate client requirements to the team
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and timelines
• Track content schedules and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
• Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, and social media campaigns
• Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to clients
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams from brief to final delivery

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a digital marketing / creative agency is mandatory
• Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram
• Excellent content planning and social media calendar skills
• Strong client-handling and communication skills
• Excellent coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
• Creative thinking with a good understanding of content and social media trends
• Ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership
