WE ARE HIRING – SITE MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible Site Manager to supervise and manage ongoing school renovation and construction work.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates with relevant site management experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and renovation activities.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is completed as per plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor material usage and maintain records of site expenses.
• Maintain the record of material procured and delivered to contractors.
• Ensure safety standards and proper use of materials at the site.
• Provide regular progress updates to school management.

Preferred Candidate

A disciplined, trustworthy, and proactive person with good coordination and site management skills.
