Role Description The Site Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based Facade Projects in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors, and ensure that work progresses according to plans, timelines, and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project activities, managing resources and materials, maintaining site records, and reporting progress and issues to management. The Site Incharge will implement quality and safety procedures, address operational challenges, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The role also involves regular communication with stakeholders, resolving site-level concerns, and supporting efficient, timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• Has worked in Projects involving Installation of System Windows like that from Schueco, Technal, Eternia, YKK etc
• Ability to supervise site activities, coordinate teams, and manage daily operations effectively.
• Skills in planning, organizing, and monitoring project progress, including documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements applicable to site work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with workers, contractors, vendors, and management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make practical decisions under time and resource constraints.
• Prior experience in site management or a similar supervisory role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant technical or vocational qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for record-keeping, reporting, and communication.
