Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Ulavapadu. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and site workers, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising quality control checks, reviewing structural and civil works, resolving technical issues on site, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves effective communication with project managers, clients, and vendors to support timely completion of project milestones and smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspecting work, verifying materials, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, with experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Ulavapadu and adapt to changing project needs and schedules.
• Proficiency in basic project documentation, site reporting, and use of standard engineering tools and software.
• Understanding of safety practices and local regulatory requirements; prior experience in quality-focused organizations is an advantage.
