Site Engineer - Execution and Coordination

Udhyam Constructions invites applications for Site Engineer - Execution and Coordination in Kochi, Kerala. This full-time, in-person position is intended for candidates who can oversee daily site execution and coordinate the people and materials involved in the work.

Required experience: 2–4 years.

Monthly salary: INR 20,000–50,000.

The campaign has 5 openings in total.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred for the engineering role. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply. Experience in interior projects is desirable.

You will supervise day-to-day site activities, follow drawings and specifications, and coordinate labour, subcontractors, vendors and engineers. Responsibilities include monitoring timelines, overseeing quality and finishing, coordinating material requirements and usage, and helping control material waste.

You will also support site measurements and quantities for billing, maintain daily reports, uphold site safety and discipline, and assist with project handover. Developing and implementing site policies and procedures may form part of the work where required.

Candidates should bring proven site management experience with reputed contractors, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to handle site responsibilities independently and efficiently.

This role requires consistent involvement in the connection between daily execution, progress reporting and coordination. You should be comfortable following site activities through their practical details and keeping attention on drawings, work quality, materials and timelines. Willingness to travel to project sites is required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
