Site Engineer – Civil / Construction

Kaypee Spaaces Private Limited is looking for a competent and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee construction, renovation, maintenance and interior fit-out works for its commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour teams.
• Monitor work quality, material usage and site progress.
• Check measurements, verify contractor bills and maintain site records.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and construction drawings.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works, as applicable.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction, commercial building maintenance, renovation or interior fit-outs.
• Ability to independently supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, measurements, estimation and billing.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates residing in Bengaluru and willing to travel to project sites as required.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.

Experience: 3–7 years preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
