MIYO Dessert Bar is a "freestyle" dessert spot in Mumbai that has gained viral popularity for its "build-your-own" concept. Instead of a fixed menu, it operates like a bar where guests customize their own dessert bowls using premium bases and toppings.

Specific Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take dessert orders accurately
• Serve desserts promptly while maintaining presentation standards
• Assist customers with menu choices and answer questions about ingredients and specials
• Handle billing, payments, and POS systems responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Address customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 years experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Team Player, good at people skills
