Sheet Metal Supervisor

• Manage daily production activities in the sheet metal shop.
• Supervise workers and allocate daily work.
• Monitor sheet metal cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication work.
• Supervise Laser Cutting Machine operations.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
• Maintain proper attendance, discipline, and housekeeping.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure safe working practices.
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal /metal fabrication production.
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal processes and machines.
• Good manpower handling and communication skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and target oriented.

• Diploma/ Degree
