ServiceNow Program Trainer

The role will involve end-to-end ownership of the Centre of Excellence, including student training, mentoring, hands-on learning, industry-oriented projects, participation in ServiceNow initiatives and contests, and creating opportunities for students to showcase their skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence.
• Plan and deliver ServiceNow training, hands-on projects, workshops and bootcamps.
• Mentor students and prepare them for certifications and industry opportunities.
• Drive student participation in ServiceNow contests, hackathons, challenges and innovation programs.
• Guide student teams in projects and competitions.
• Build an active ServiceNow student community and encourage continuous learning.
• Coordinate with academic, placement and industry teams for relevant initiatives.
• Track student participation, certifications, projects and outcomes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to grow the Centre and enhance student engagement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Industry experience in ServiceNow development, administration, implementation or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and relevant modules.
• Experience in training, mentoring, technical leadership or student engagement will be preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage.
• Prior involvement in hackathons, contests, technical communities or innovation initiatives will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the Centre of Excellence.
