ServiceNow Developer (West Delhi)

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Required Technical Skills

• 3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
• Robust knowledge of: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
• Integration knowledge: MID Server, Web Services, OAuth, API authentication
• CMDB data model understanding (preferred)
• Experience in at least one ServiceNow product suite besides ITSM (e.g., ITOM, SPM, GRC)

Certifications

• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• Preferred: CAD (Certified Application Developer)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and Flow Designer automations
• Build and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes and REST/SOAP integrations
• Create and enhance Service Portal widgets, pages, and UI components
• Develop and maintain Transform Maps and data load activities
• Implement secure attachment handling and restricted APIs
• Contribute to ITOM/ITSM/CSM or other module implementations
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
