ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and configuring ServiceNow applications, along with experience in Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, Outlook configuration, and DHCP. As a ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT service management processes and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, including Active Directory and Office 365.
• Manage user access and permissions within ServiceNow and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Provide support for DNS and DHCP configurations as needed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills
