Job Description of Service Engineer

• Providing fast response to the customers for their service call. This includes reaching customers site at minimum time or as directed by Service In-charge.
• Installation / commissioning, repairing or hardware and software modifications or improvements in our supplied systems / product.
• Building and enhancing the corporate brand image of the company by providing efficient services to the customers, building a relationship with them and improving their satisfaction.
