Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and setup of gym equipment at customer locations.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting software, electrical, and technical issues related to gym equipment.
• Visit client locations to attend service calls and customer complaints.
• Assist in performing on-site servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Respond to customer service requests and help ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Learn to identify equipment faults and provide appropriate technical support under supervision.
• Maintain accurate service records and update service-related information in the company database.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient handling of customer complaints.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers through effective communication and support.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while handling equipment and conducting service activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems.
• Interest in learning about gym equipment installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and team members.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant entry-level experience may apply.
