Service Engineer

a) Installation and commissioning of the machine at the site along with proper guidance to the customer and support their operators team. b) To attend costumer call / complaints and respond with Support time. c) Maintain Service Call History Report, Complaint Log Book, work reports etc. d) Maintain Calibrate test equipment reports. e) Coordinate with Production and other team & share necessary suggestions / inputs to improvement / corrective / preventive actions during trail and testing. f) Technical assistance i.e. Preventive and breakdown maintenance including mechanical, Electrical, Automation etc. for resolving complaints at the customer end. g) To assist & technical support, upgrade & Modifications, Trouble Shooting, Safety Protocols, QMS Standards & maintain Industrial disciplinary standards in offices. h) Where complain related any issues are raised which is not solved and could not be resolved at their level, it should be immediately reported / communicated to Operational Head for information & assistance.
