Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end video editing, from raw footage to polished final delivery.
• Edit long-form videos, YouTube content, interviews, podcasts, reels, shorts, and promotional films.
• Create compelling hooks, smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and storytelling that keeps viewers watching.
• Use sound design, music, motion graphics, colour grading, and visual effects to elevate every frame.
• Transform complex ideas around real estate, business, and education into engaging visual stories.
• Adapt edits for different platforms, formats, audiences, and attention spans.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table for trends, formats, transitions, and creative storytelling.
• Know when to follow a trend and when to create a new style of our own.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Understand briefs, identify the story, and make strong creative decisions without needing every frame explained.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, pacing, sound, and overall brand quality.
• Give constructive creative inputs and help elevate the team’s output.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, feedback rounds, and revisions without compromising quality.
• Organise footage, project files, assets, and exports so everything stays easy to access.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality control, and final delivery.
• Stay updated with editing tools, AI-powered workflows, and emerging content trends.
