Major Purpose of the Job

Heading Finance for All Manufacturing sites, CSBU Business, R&D, CDMO & CRO etc.

Principal Accountabilities

• Partnering with all Plant head, R & D head, Quality head and finance controllers

them achieve their monthly production and cost saving targets.

• Partnering with C SBU Marketing head to improve monthly profitability, product mix

and its implications.

• To steer the cost saving initiative across all the plants by ensuring efficient and cost-

effective management of production process across all location.

• To review and help business team for new product costing /UID, financial evaluation

of CDMO/CMO opportunities.

• To ensure, with the help of supply chain, production and Plant Finance Controller for

optimum level of Inventories, no Expiry of materials, monitoring and controlling of non –moving /slow moving inventories.

• To ensure that annual budget are properly discussed with all stakeholders in details

and agreed upon budget are finalized in a time bound fashion which support in achievement top line, bottom line and other efficiencies in cost / productivity.

• To ensure monthly MIS reporting after detailed discussion and analysis.
• To ensure all kind of factory compliances with coordination Plant HR and Plant Head.
• Automation to simplify and standardise existing processes.
• Work for team development by motivation, role movement & enhancement.
• Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management

Professional Qualifications

ICWA, CS, CA (Inter), PGDM – MBA in Business Management, CSCP certification from APICS USA

Experience

Minimum 20 year of experience.
