Senior Trainer Talent Development

We are looking for a Senior Trainer Talent Development to join our team and lead initiatives focused on communication excellence, leadership development, and professional effectiveness.

Key Requirements

✅ 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Behavioral Facilitation

✅ Strong experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Behavioral Training

✅ Experience delivering Leadership Development Programs for managers and emerging leaders

✅ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions

✅ LMS exposure and instructional design experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct communication assessments and evaluations
• Deliver Voice & Accent, Behavioral, and Leadership training programs
• Coach managers and emerging leaders
• Design and facilitate workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, and workplace effectiveness
• Create training content, learning journeys, and LMS modules
• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and analytics
