Senior Technology Recruiter

📍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and infrastructure roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring top technical talent, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including but not limited to:

ERP Engineers

Software Engineers

Security Analysts

Network Operations Technicians

Site Reliability/System Reliability Engineers

Infrastructure and Cloud Professionals

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation benchmarking to stakeholders.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Technology, IT Infrastructure, Engineering, or Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical skillsets, hiring trends, and talent mapping methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
