Job Overview

Katyayani Organics is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills. Experience in hospitality recruitment and HR compliances will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and recruitment documentation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with free job portals like LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Bhopal or those who can join immediately.
