We are hiring a Senior SQL DBA for one of our client

• Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough performance analysis of our database systems to ideeas for improvement and optimization.
• Query Optimization: Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data access patterns to improve performance and efficiency.
• Indexing and Schema Design: Evaluate and optimize database indexing strategies and schema designs to enhance query performance and reduce latency.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot database performance issues, working closely with development and operations teams to implement effective solutions.
• Best Practices and Standards: Define and promote best practices and standards for database performance tuning and optimization across the organization.
• Documentation and Training: Document tuning strategies, optimization techniques, and best practices, and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

• Expertise in SQL query optimization, indexing, and schema design.
• Proficiency in database performance monitoring and tuning tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully optimizing the performance of large-scale database systems in production environments.
