You’ll be joining our established backend team, collaborating closely to deliver scalable, reliable systems for mission-critical logistics operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale backend systems using Spring Boot and Java
• Design optimized, secure, and reliable data models using MariaDB
• Develop and maintain robust REST APIs powering real-time logistics platforms
• Debug, optimize, and troubleshoot performance issues
• Engage in system design and architecture decisions that define our tech stack
• Work closely with our existing backend team and collaborate across product, DevOps, and frontend teams
• Interact directly with US-based customers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and reliability

Who You Are

• A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
• Proficient in Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and MariaDB
• Confident designing schemas, optimizing queries, and tuning performance
• Comfortable with Git, REST APIs, and Agile workflows
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud deployments
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with teammates and customers
