Role Description The Senior Specialist – AI Product Enablement and Change Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience

• in product enablement, user adoption, or technology implementation, preferably with AI or data-driven tools.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
• Ability to design and deliver training, onboarding materials, and user guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to gather requirements, interpret data, and measure impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in hybrid environments and coordinating with global and local stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is an advantage.
